Bowmen LLC has been in business since 2006. We are family-owned and operated, and our-well rounded team allows us to focus on creative approaches to construction. We strive to perform high levels of building and remodeling for our clients with excellent communication. Spencer Nash, Owner

Spencer Nash is a registered landscape architect with over 20 years of experience in permitting, master planning, and real estate development. Spencer has worked on both domestic and international projects, has the ability to act on his feet, and is always thinking outside of the box.

For over 18 years, Nash was an integral part of creating all of the real estate amenities, world-class clubs, and projects that made Kiawah Partners a leader and an internationally recognized luxury development company. He also served as the Director of Operations & Development for Christophe Harbour Development Company, a subsidiary of Kiawah Partners, where he was responsible for overseeing all development projects, a $15+ million annual operations budget, brand management, and day-to-day operations of 7 different departments.

After leaving Kiawah, Nash master planned and permitted “The Pointe”, a 14-lot real estate development located at the front of Kiawah Island, SC. Working with private and government agencies like Kiawah ARB, DHEC, OCRM, and Army Corps of Engineers, Nash successfully built the infrastructure, docks, landscape design, and overall architectural style for the development.

With this experience, Nash started Bowmen LLC as a real estate development and construction company.

Chyrel Young, Senior Project Manager

Cheryl Young is a Lowcountry native raised in St. George, SC. She’s always enjoyed country life and her days as a kid were filled with horseback riding and helping with her family’s local radio station. Young joined the construction industry over 35 years ago after moving to Summerville, SC, and has an extensive background in the field. She says, “I love being in the construction industry because it’s never boring. There is something new to learn with every project!”
